Clubhouse

Decker Hill is an elegant, beautiful clubhouse in a stunning location, enjoyed by all members of Shifnal Golf Club; it is an excellent venue for private functions including wedding receptions, special occasion parties and corporate dining. The grounds are a superb setting for photographs and can accommodate a marquis for that extra special occasion.

The clubhouse offers a private dining room which can seat 90 people, a separate lounge with a dancefloor and unique vestibule and a copper bar. The clubhouse can accommodate 150 people for a function depending upon your requirements, be it Weddings, Conferences, Birthday Parties or Funeral Wakes.

The Restaurant

Our extensive menu options range from a daily snack menu, society golf menu, post-match roast dinners, corporate and party entertaining, and Sunday lunches through to our gourmet fine dining menus. This is complemented by an excellent choice of fine wines, traditional ales, beers and spirits.

We are able to offer members the use of the clubhouse and facilities for private functions, including wedding receptions and anniversary parties. We can offer excellent service and competitive rates which will ensure that your day is a success.

Shifnal village (two minutes from the clubhouse) offers a wide range of hotel and guest house accommodation

The Bar

Decker Hill Bar, in fact, there are two, is the hub of activity for the golf club. A full snack menu and daily specials board are available throughout the day to compliment the well-stocked bar with fine wines and excellent beers.

The club hosts a variety of social events to suit all tastes ranging from black tie dinners to lighthearted quiz nights. The social committee are always looking for fresh ideas for social events so please pass on your thoughts.
