A challenge with a great cause This lockdown seems to be dragging a lot more than the first but not to worry, I've been tasked with plenty of jobs to do around the house. It's fair to say we've not missed much golf during January as the weather has been horrendous and the course is still very wet. Over the weekend I foolishly decided I wanted to achieve something more than painting a wall during lockdown so decided that I would try and run 150k in February, which means over 5k each day. For anyone that has seen me running to fetch broken down buggies off the course, you'll know I'm not the fittest. 3 days into the challenge I've managed just over 17k but my body feels like its taken one hell of a beating. My reason to do this? I wanted to raise some more money for Hope House after successfully raising over £200 on my Professional's day. For every day I don't go for a run in February I will donate £5 and for every kilometer under the 150k I will donate a pound. If you feel like you would like to donate the link is attached below.
