Scratch Open

We are excited to announce a new Open fixture in our calendar this year -  the Holywell Golf Club Scratch Open!

It will take place on Sunday 20th September, with tee times available from 9:00am - 11:30am. There will also be a £15 entry fee.

The competition will be open to handicaps up to 12 and there will be nett prizes as well as gross prizes for the front runners.

PING fitting day – Wednesday 16th September

We are delighted to share with you that we have secured a fitting day with PING on Wednesday 16th of September between 11am and 4pm.

Come along and try the latest technology from PING and see where we can improve your game.

Appointments are strictly by booking only and sanitisation of the equipment will occur as soon as they have been used to ensure we are Covid secure.

Golf on Tour

Top two showdown

What better way to finish a PGA Tour event than a shoot-out between the world’s top two players?

Dustin Johnson, World No. 1, needed to nail a winding 43-foot putt over a ridge on the final hole to force a playoff… And he did. The putt lasted an incredible 10 seconds.

World No. 2 Jon Rahm must’ve felt sick heading out for the first playoff hole. If he did, he hid it well. The Spaniard made DJ’s miracle putt look mediocre as he sunk one from 66-feet for victory. That’s what I call pinch-yourself golf!

Pairing you with your perfect irons
