Why Coaching?
We are delighted to announce the appointment of Josh Charnock as our new resident PGA Professional. Josh has been the PGA Professional at Holywell Golf Club (Flintshire) since 2018 and before that spent 2 years as Assistant Pro at the Berkshire GC, and 5 years as an Assistant Pro at Shrewsbury GC. Josh is a local lad and is very much looking forward to taking up his role at what he believes is one of the best clubs in the Midlands.
Josh has a love for both the playing and coaching sides of the game and having spent some time around the European Tour has seen how the best players and coaches conduct themselves.
Josh is a regular competitor in local PGA events and was previously a winner of the Order of Merit in Shropshire & Herefordshire.
